The Role
The creative arm is one of the most vital departments in The Loud Clan agency. You will play an important role in the successful end-to-end completion in our projects. as an integrated ad traffic manager, you will have the characteristic of a smooth operator to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our work to the stakeholders.
Working together with our Creative Director, you will join strategy and brief meetings, to ensure that you understand the task on hand and other requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the project coordinator for the Creative DIrector, Creative leads and other designers within the teams, managing the timeline and regional or global stakeholders
- Ability to interpret creative briefs from team members and request any necessary amendments before briefing the creatives.
- Good communication skills and organisational skills is key, to ensure all projects are finished according to the timeline with the utmost quality and in brand accordance
- Good stakeholder manager skills as you will have to manage tight timelines as well as creative designers or other stakeholders not limited to these
- Ability to create a detailed schedule, set deadlines, project manage for various projects of different scales
- Work with the Creative Director in terms of work distribution to the creative team based on broadly availability, priorities and requirements. also monitor the project and workloads, adjusting assignments accordingly
- Ability to provide periodic progress updates, and communicate efficiently if any issues are met
- Maintain job files and project management sheets
- Ability to also be resourceful as you might need to work with freelancers, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure that they are on schedule at each critical juncture of a project right up to delivery
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing deliverables, creative processes and their production processes
- Sound knowledge of advertising platforms
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as well as FIGMA
- At least 3 years of working experience
