The Role

The candidate will need to plan, execute, strategise and analyse the community health on global social platforms on a regular basis. As the Social and Community Executive, you will also need to promptly respond to feedback and user’s queries in the online community, as well as increase the awareness of the brand and grow the number of active members within the community. You will have to use social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and promote Vantage’s initiatives.

 

Responsibilities
  • Work with a team to come up with the overall social strategy encompassing, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit and Discord.
  • Creating content which will engage with our customers, and build our social following.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of content roll-out to ensure overall brand consistency.
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Help to manage feedback and queries from the online community to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Monitor the increase in traffic to the website using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic to the website from our social channels by tapping into new platforms and channels.
  • Work with our affiliates or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to build our community.
Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a financial services or investment company, with proven experience in community management. Experienced in launching communities initiatives (eg, building online forums, leading ambassador programs, creating an event series)

  • Experience in managing social media accounts (Paid and Organic)
  • Strong ability and capability to influence cross-functional team and agencies
  • Ability to kickstart, grow and manage a community from scratch
  • Good writing skills to provide support in writing, reviewing, editing and updating content for websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms
  • Strong sense of ownership and emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with online platforms, not limited to, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TIktok, Reddit, Discord
  • Fluent (on a business level) not only in English, but another language such as Mandarin will be a strong plus.
