The Role
As part of the Promotions team, you will need to process the Promotion opt-in applications, work closely with other departments, and other ad hoc tasks. You may also need to execute Promotions and manage the end-to-end campaign planning – from planning to the execution as well as the data analysis of the effectiveness of these Promotions.
Responsibilities
- Understand how each Promotion works
- Be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Promotions to drive client acquisition, engagement, and/or retention
- Be responsible for the operational aspects of Promotions, including the opt-in application process, compiling of data, and coordinating across different departments on the processing
- Handle and support clients’ inquiries & issues related to Promotions
- Maintain Promotions tracker and ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions
- Other ad-hoc tasks, including summary reports and simple data analysis
Job Requirements
- Intermediate English skills
- Ability to speak Chinese is preferable
- High meticulous
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
