The Role

The role requires the candidate to be nimble, possesses strong project management skills, and takes initiatives. Expert in an array of Adobe products, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects, he/she isa team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. In addition, he/she is proficient in design layout, graphics creation, color correction and audio mixing . Lastly, he/she has good stakeholder management skills, effectively partnering internal and external stakeholders in developing creative solutions that meet business objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret a Creative Brief/Campaign Brief and ideate a proposed concept and direction which fulfills the requirements
• Design and conceptualize day to day marketing materials such as print and motion graphic animation
• Working to briefs, you will need to demonstrate clear brand understanding and consistently deliver quality artwork that is on brand.
• Knowledge of video marketing strategies, tactics and best practices for business, including video-based storytelling.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a motion design or graphic design role, within an agency environment.
• Knowledge in crypto/stock/CFD trading is a plus.
• Deep understanding of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and animation
• Understanding of After effects, photoshop and illustrator.
• 3D rendering and animation is a plus.
• Extreme attention to visual detail.
• Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
