The Role

When you join our creative team as a FA/Graphic designer, you will be tasked with handling all the final artwork for online and offline. You should have a keen eye in making sure that all work stays within our brand guideline. You will also be tasked with adapting offline and online materials such as online banners, brochures, outdoor marketing materials and videos.

Responsibilities

• Working to briefs, you will need to demonstrate clear brand understanding and consistently deliver quality artwork that is on brand.
• Adaptation for online banners into different sizes and languages
• Adaptation for different sizes for videos
• Communicate with all stakeholders articulately, sharing any issues to ensure consistency.
• Support your Team Lead and respond to information requests from your Line Manager/Team Lead in a timely manner.
• Ensure your Team Lead is aware of any issues that are likely to increase studio time.
• Manage your workload and flag any downtime to your Team Lead.
• Ensure deadlines are achieved on-time in accordance to production schedule and deliverables are produced to the highest quality
• Ensure that any non-adherence to the processes or issues with files is reported in line with the process in place.

Job Requirements

• Ideally minimum 2 years’experience
• Competent in Adobe Creative Suite programs to an intermediate level
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of After effects.
• Competent in using Figma
• Be proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and drive self-improvement
• Excellent prioritization skills, time management and attention to detail
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and decision making skills
