The Role

The role requires the candidate to help the marketing team optimise marketing spends, develop measurement pans, and design experiments. You will also be required to communicate with all stakeholders to collect, harmonise & review data, build models, interpret results, and formulate key insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaign dashboards, reports, and presentations across various channels
• Run simulations or optimisations on datasets for various types of requests
• Ensure data integrity through different life cycles
• Derive actionable insights for informed decision making
• Continuously evolve our methodologies and develop new ways of attribution
• Collaborate with internal departments to help develop new tools and capabilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• Working knowledge in SQL and Power BI
• Data focused: ability to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyse data
• Familiarity in spreadsheets and presentation software
• Experience working independently on analytical tasks
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Willing learner – Willing to learn and understand the trading eco-system and product offerings and integrate the internal resources
• Highly meticulous
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Native or business level fluency for English)
