The Role

The Creative Lead will be tasked with managing the creative team in Malaysia as well as leading ideation and execution of creative campaigns. You can elevate brand, concepts, art directions and design.

Responsibilities

• Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
• Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
• A clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
• A champion for new ideas.

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience in an agency setting
• Highly experienced in digital and social media
• Good understanding of figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage and work effectively in teams comprising of members from different disciplines
• Should have a firm grasp of advertising fundamentals, basic marketing, and digital creative communication and the ability to execute his/her ideas.
• Should be able to create a solid presentation.
• Experience or understanding or CSS, HTML or Java will be a plus
• Expected to work well with business, projects and technology teams, as well as other teams and clients in the region.
• Knowledge in stock/crypto/CFD trading is a plus
