The Role

We’re looking for a specialist in Affiliate Marketing, able to drive regional campaigns and scale the growth through existing and new partners. You’ll have autonomy to manage partners, bring ideas and share successes with the top management. You are a very organised, structured person, with strong working experience as project manager in marketing with a strong track record of successful projects and campaigns. Experience working in eCommerce, Gaming, Trading or crypto related companies is highly advantageous. You know everything about the marketing lifecycle and 360 marketing, and your campaigns reflect this.

Responsibilities

• Take end to end ownership of our affiliate marketing program
• Lead the drive to increase the number of affiliates we have, especially the number of influencers and partners we are working with
• Source for, evaluate, and implement the strategies/channels necessary to raise our affiliate marketing capabilities
• Establish, maintain, and improve our relationships with our affiliate partners and platforms
• Aggressively pursue and do what is needed to achieve our marketing goals
• Take a hands-on approach to Immerse yourself in our business, gaining a deep understanding of our industry and our customers
• Forge strong relationships across the team

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience or campaign management experience in a similar field.
• Highly organised and able to multitask, detailed oriented, with strong decision-making skills.
• Great at stakeholder management internally and externally
• High project management skills
• Ability to work across diverse culture, and converse not only in English but also in a 2nd language, preferably Mandarin and a few other Asian language
• Hands on and comfortable with execution and delivery
• Excellent in building rapport with local and international partners in the space
• Experience with the overhauling of an entire affiliate marketing ecosystem, end to end
• Having done a similar job before, successfully, and wanting to do it again
• Maintaining an understanding of relevant news and trends regarding our industry in ASEAN region
• Manage, expand, and maintain affiliate relationships.
