The Role

The role requires you to be nimble, possesses strong project management skills, and takes initiatives. Expert in an array of 3d software and Adobe products, you should be a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. In addition, you should be proficient in 3D/2D animation and graphics creation. Lastly, you should be required to have good stakeholder management skills, effectively partnering internal and external stakeholders in developing creative solutions that meet business objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret a Creative Brief/Campaign Brief and ideate a proposed concept and direction which fulfills the requirements
• Design and conceptualize day to day marketing materials such as motion graphic or 3D animation
• Working to briefs, you will need to demonstrate clear brand understanding and consistently deliver quality artwork that is on brand.
• Knowledge of video marketing strategies, tactics and best practices for business, including video-based storytelling.
• Work closely with other company creatives to conceptualise and create moving animation
• Contribute positively to any brainstorming session
• Ensure the achievement of client and company goals in all projects
• Maximize creativity in all endeavours

Job Requirements

• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including blender, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max or Maya.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a motion design/ 3D animator role, within an agency environment.
• Knowledge in crypto/stock/CFD trading is a plus.
• Understanding of After effects, photoshop and illustrator.
• 3D rendering and animation
• Extreme attention to visual detail.
• Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
